MyDay Account & Data Deletion

Puoi cancellare il tuo account da Settings & Safety > Delete Account.

La cancellazione richiede conferma e reautenticazione. Una volta completata, rimuove account Firebase Authentication, profilo, username index, impostazioni, token push, Moments, thumbnail, avatar, recap, commenti, Estimates, connessioni social, blocchi, hidden creators, notifiche e dati personali correlati controllati da MyDay.

Alcuni report o dati di sicurezza possono essere conservati solo in forma anonimizzata o pseudonimizzata quando necessario per proteggere la community, investigare abusi, prevenire frodi o rispettare obblighi legali.

Se non puoi accedere all'app, puoi richiedere assistenza scrivendo a myday@xviidigital.com, preferibilmente dall'email associata all'account così da consentire la verifica della richiesta. Il sito non esegue automaticamente la cancellazione.

You can delete your account from Settings & Safety > Delete Account.

Deletion requires confirmation and reauthentication. Once completed, it removes your Firebase Authentication account, profile, username index, settings, push tokens, Moments, thumbnails, avatar, recaps, comments, Estimates, social connections, blocks, hidden creators, notifications, and related personal data controlled by MyDay.

Some reports or safety data may be retained only in anonymized or pseudonymized form when needed to protect the community, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion help by contacting myday@xviidigital.com, preferably from the email address linked to your account so the request can be verified. The website does not automatically perform deletion.
