MyDay Terms of Service

MyDay è un social video giornaliero per raccontare e seguire i Moment della giornata delle persone. Il servizio include profili, Moments, commenti, Estimates, Estimated, notifiche, interessi, categorie, recap, strumenti di sicurezza e moderazione. MyDay è presentato come MyDay by XVII Digital. XVII Digital è attualmente un brand/progetto, non una società costituita.

Devi avere almeno 13 anni per creare o usare un account MyDay. Sei responsabile della sicurezza delle tue credenziali e delle attività svolte tramite il tuo account. Non devi impersonare altre persone.

Puoi caricare, creare, pubblicare, commentare e condividere contenuti, inclusi video/Moments con audio, caption, avatar, bio, informazioni del profilo, commenti e altri contenuti visibili nell'app. Mantieni la proprietà dei contenuti che pubblichi. Pubblicando contenuti concedi a MyDay una licenza non esclusiva, mondiale e gratuita per ospitare, archiviare, riprodurre, mostrare, distribuire, elaborare e rendere disponibili tali contenuti solo per gestire, migliorare, proteggere e promuovere il servizio MyDay.

Non puoi pubblicare contenuti illegali, nudi o sessuali non consentiti, molestie, bullismo, hate speech, minacce, violenza, spam, scam, impersonificazione, violazioni copyright, dati privati di altri, comportamenti pericolosi, promozione di autolesionismo o contenuti che violano diritti altrui o le Community Guidelines.

Gli utenti possono segnalare Moments, commenti e profili e possono bloccare altri utenti. MyDay può esaminare report e segnali di sicurezza, rimuovere contenuti, limitare la visibilità, sospendere account, risolvere segnalazioni e conservare un registro minimo delle azioni di moderazione.

Devi pubblicare solo contenuti che possiedi o che hai il permesso di usare. Non caricare musica, video, immagini, loghi, opere o altri materiali protetti senza i diritti necessari.

Puoi cancellare direttamente account e dati associati dall'app tramite Settings & Safety > Delete Account, dopo conferma e reautenticazione. MyDay può sospendere, limitare o cancellare account che violano le regole, la legge o creano rischi per utenti, servizio o terzi.

MyDay può modificare, interrompere, sospendere o terminare parti del servizio. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, MyDay non è responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali, speciali, consequenziali o punitivi derivanti dall'uso del servizio. MyDay può aggiornare questi Termini e, in caso di modifiche rilevanti, comunicarle nell'app o richiedere nuova accettazione.

MyDay is a daily social video app for sharing and following the Moments of people's days. The service includes profiles, Moments, comments, Estimates, Estimated, notifications, interests, categories, recaps, safety tools, and moderation. MyDay is presented as MyDay by XVII Digital. XVII Digital is currently a project/brand name and not an incorporated company.

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a MyDay account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. You must not impersonate another person.

You may upload, create, post, comment on, and share content, including video Moments with audio, captions, avatars, bios, profile information, comments, and other material visible in the app. You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant MyDay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, process, and make available that content only to operate, improve, protect, and promote the MyDay service.

You may not post illegal content, prohibited nudity or sexual content, harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, violence, spam, scams, impersonation, copyright infringement, private information of others, dangerous behavior, self-harm promotion, or content that violates another person's rights or the Community Guidelines.

Users can report Moments, comments, and profiles and can block other users. MyDay may review reports and safety signals, remove content, reduce visibility, suspend accounts, resolve reports, and keep a minimal record of moderation actions.

You must only post content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload copyrighted music, videos, photos, logos, artwork, or other protected material unless you have the necessary rights.

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app from Settings & Safety > Delete Account after confirmation and reauthentication. MyDay may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate rules, the law, or create risk for users, the service, or third parties.

MyDay may change, interrupt, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. MyDay may update these Terms and, when changes are material, provide notice in the app or request renewed acceptance.
