Duo Terms of Service
Duo è un gioco di parole competitivo multiplayer offerto come Duo by XVII Digital. Include account, matchmaking casuale, stanze private, party, classifiche, progressione, monete virtuali, oggetti cosmetici, reazioni predefinite e acquisti in-app. XVII Digital è attualmente un brand/progetto indipendente e non una società costituita.
Account
Se crei un account sei responsabile delle credenziali e delle attività svolte tramite il tuo profilo. Non devi impersonare altre persone, utilizzare username ingannevoli o tentare di accedere agli account altrui.
Regole di gioco
Non sono consentiti cheat, bot, automazioni, manipolazione del client, sfruttamento intenzionale di bug, alterazione delle comunicazioni di rete, tentativi di aggirare i controlli sugli acquisti, collusione o altri comportamenti destinati a ottenere un vantaggio sleale o danneggiare il servizio.
Interazioni tra utenti
Duo consente interazioni limitate attraverso username, profili, parole giocate, stanze e reazioni predefinite. Non usare tali funzioni per molestie, minacce, odio, contenuti illegali, spam, impersonificazione o comportamenti abusivi.
Monete e acquisti
Duo può offrire monete virtuali consumabili acquistabili tramite lo store della piattaforma. Le monete non hanno valore monetario reale, non sono convertibili in denaro e possono essere utilizzate solo all'interno delle funzioni previste dal gioco. Pagamenti, rimborsi e contestazioni sono inoltre soggetti alle regole dello store utilizzato.
Disponibilità del servizio
Duo può modificare, aggiornare, sospendere o interrompere funzionalità, modalità, premi, economia virtuale o disponibilità del servizio per ragioni tecniche, di sicurezza, bilanciamento o sviluppo.
Sospensioni e cancellazione
XVII Digital può limitare o sospendere account che violano queste regole, la legge o compromettono sicurezza e integrità del gioco. Puoi cancellare il tuo account dall'app tramite la relativa funzione nelle impostazioni/profilo.
Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge applicabile, Duo è fornito senza garanzia di disponibilità continua o assenza totale di errori. XVII Digital non è responsabile per danni indiretti o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso del servizio oltre quanto inderogabilmente previsto dalla legge.
Aggiornamenti
Questi termini possono essere aggiornati quando il servizio cambia. In caso di modifiche rilevanti potrà essere fornita comunicazione nell'app, sul sito o attraverso altri canali appropriati.
Duo is a competitive multiplayer word game offered as Duo by XVII Digital. It includes accounts, random matchmaking, private rooms, parties, rankings, progression, virtual coins, cosmetic items, preset reactions, and in-app purchases. XVII Digital is currently an independent project/brand name and not an incorporated company.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for your credentials and activity performed through your profile. You must not impersonate others, use deceptive usernames, or attempt to access another person's account.
Game Rules
Cheats, bots, automation, client manipulation, intentional exploitation of bugs, network tampering, attempts to bypass purchase controls, collusion, or other conduct designed to obtain an unfair advantage or damage the service are not permitted.
User Interactions
Duo provides limited interaction through usernames, profiles, words played, rooms, and preset reactions. Do not use these features for harassment, threats, hate, illegal content, spam, impersonation, or abusive behavior.
Coins and Purchases
Duo may offer consumable virtual coins purchased through the platform store. Coins have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may only be used within game features. Payments, refunds, and disputes are also subject to the rules of the store used.
Service Availability
Duo may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features, modes, rewards, virtual economy elements, or service availability for technical, security, balancing, or development reasons.
Suspension and Deletion
XVII Digital may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these rules, the law, or game security and integrity. You can delete your account in the app using the relevant profile/settings function.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Duo is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors. XVII Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service beyond what cannot legally be excluded.
Updates
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Material changes may be communicated in the app, on the website, or through another appropriate channel.
